Robert Frank

 

ROBERT J. FRANK holds Bachelors Degrees from Mankato State University and masters and doctorate in composition from the University of North Texas. He has received awards from ASCAP, the Civic Orchestra of Chicago, the Ithaca College/Theodore Presser New Choral Music Competition as well as numerous grants and commissions. His music has been featured nationally and internationally on Lwow (Ukraine), CMS, SCI, SEAMUS and ICMC conferences and festivals. He has authored Theory on the Web, an on-line interactive course in music theory, and has presented on the topics of internet and computer aided instruction in music as an guest lecturer throughout South Korea and the United States. His music has been published by Brixton Publications, and recorded on Capstone compact discs. He is an Assistant Professor of Composition and Theory and Co-Director of the Electronic Music Studio.
